Since 2017, IGP has been stamping every plank, walkway, sheet, and stair tread in-house at our Texas facility. Our precision-engineered products (Gater Grip™, Max Tread™, and Whole Grip™) have been serving the industrial and commercial markets.
All of our load tables were created using load testing. To ensure the reliability of the load capabilities. We evaluated the strut flexure and channel flexure of our gratings. By testing these two performance aspects, we can present the allowable uniform load, deflection for the uniform load, concentrated load, and the deflection for the concentrated load.

Every IGP product is precision-stamped on high-tonnage presses in our own facility, engineered for consistent strength and built to meet or exceed industry standards for durability and safety. Because we manufacture in-house and keep standard products in inventory, we control quality and lead time from coil to finished product.
